QuratedOne builds websites and runs gifting operations for the brands we work with. This policy covers quratedone.com and the personal gift pages we host on behalf of those brands.

This website

Browsing quratedone.com collects nothing about you. The site keeps your language choice in your own browser and sets no tracking cookies. If you write to us, we keep your email to reply.

Gift pages

When a brand sends you a personal gift link, the page shows your name and greets you on the brand’s behalf. To deliver a gift we ask for a contact number and a delivery address; a voucher needs nothing more than a tap. What you enter is used only to arrange and deliver that gift, and to let the brand’s VIP care team help you if something goes wrong.

Your details are held on secure servers in Singapore, are visible only to the brand’s own staff, and are never sold or used for advertising. A link is private to you: please do not forward it. Links close on the date the brand sets, usually within 14 days.

Your rights

You can ask the brand’s VIP care team, or write to us, to correct or delete the details you gave for a gift. We remove them once the gift has been delivered and any reporting the brand needs is done, or sooner on request.

您的信息保存在新加坡的安全服务器上，仅品牌自己的工作人员可见，不会出售，也不会用于广告。链接属于您个人，请勿转发。链接会在品牌设定的日期关闭，通常为 14 天内。

您的权利

您可以联系品牌的 VIP 客服或写信给我们，更正或删除您为礼品提供的信息。礼品送达且品牌所需的报表完成后，我们会删除这些信息；您也可以随时要求提前删除。
