Terms of service
Gift links
A gift link is issued to one named member by the brand and is for that member only. Each link can be answered once; after that the delivery details are locked and any change goes through the brand’s VIP care team. Links close on the date shown by the brand, and a closed link cannot be reopened by us.
Gifts and vouchers
Gifts are offered by the brand, which decides who receives what. Physical gifts are delivered to the address given on the page; a wrong or incomplete address may delay or prevent delivery. Voucher codes are subject to the terms of the company that issues them, including their expiry dates, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Our role
QuratedOne provides the pages and the operations behind them on behalf of the brand. Questions about eligibility, the gift itself or a delivery are for the brand’s VIP care team, reachable from the chat button on every gift page.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above says when. Continued use of a gift page after a change means you accept the updated terms.

礼遇链接
礼遇链接由品牌发放给指定会员，仅供该会员本人使用。每条链接只能提交一次；提交后收货信息即锁定，如需更改请联系品牌的 VIP 客服。链接会在品牌显示的日期关闭，关闭后我们无法重新开启。
礼品与兑换券
礼品由品牌提供，由品牌决定发放对象和内容。实物礼品寄送至页面上填写的地址，地址错误或不完整可能导致延误或无法送达。兑换券受其发行方的条款约束，包括有效期，且不能兑换现金。
我们的角色
QuratedOne 代品牌提供页面及背后的运营服务。有关领取资格、礼品本身或配送的问题，请联系品牌的 VIP 客服，每个礼遇页面都有聊天按钮可直接联系。

我们可能更新本条款，更新日期见上方。变更后继续使用礼遇页面即表示您接受更新后的条款。
